| 配制方法： |
To prepare a Starch-Pigment Mixture: 1. Measure water into mixing tank.
2. Add sodium tetraphosphate and soda ash, each dissolved in water.
3. Add the clay and calcium carbonate; mix well.
4. Add the slurry of dispersed color pigment and water; mix well.
5. Add the soap dissolved in water.
6. Add the sulfonated pine oil and sulfonated castor oil, each diluted with water.
7. Add starch solution at a temperature adopted as suitable by the mill.
8. Add the wax emulsion.
9. Mix all, screen, and coat.
The example of formulation and preparation given here is only one of the numerous recipes possible. Each mill may have its standard formulas, which for special reasons may be preferred. |
